Gluten Index is used in determining the quality of wet gluten. The device is controlled by the microprocessor and it's 6 function buttons. On it's blue LCD screen, which shows; date, hour environment temperature, test duration, device operating revolution and operation status of the device (ready, testing, stop...etc.)

The device reaches 6000 rpm in 8 seconds and operates at 6000 rpm during the remaining 52 seconds period. A warning is displayed on the screen before coming to an automatic stop safely.

The outside dimensions of the device are 200x210x300mm and its net weight is 8kg.
