The grain classifier is used to provide a clean grain sample at major control locations to aid fast assesment of the quality of the material, a 1kg sample takes just 45 seconds to process.

The new generation grain clasiifier contains 3 flat seives used in stages as the basis of teh seiving and classification process. As a result of the cleaning action, the device enables clean grain samples to be available for testing in a very short period of time.

3 stages of grain separtation - the impurities and broken grains are channelled at each stage to provide information about the quality of the sample as follows:

Stage 1 - Separates dust and light materials

Stage 2 - Separates foreign substances

Stage 3 - Broken and undersized grains
