Conveyor belts are a new area for us at Milling Trade.

Whilst we have dealt in buckets for grain elevators before, this time we are expanding our range to include buckets for use in the industrial and mining sectors.

Whilst this is not a new area for us, we have expanded our range of clamps to include high performance clamps, quick release clamps, and constant tension clamps. As well we are now increasing our range of coupling rings for our pipe work.

We can provide clamps in multiple sizes to fit the majority of pipe work, and any rubber connectors you may already be using.

All we require is the diameter needed for the clamp to fit around the pipe and rubber, and we can get started; please contact us.

The new frames are designed with High Quality, and longevity in mind. Whether you decide on the wooden frames, or the plastic both are fitted with Gazel’s patented Strengthening System.

The strengthening system is made of high grade aluminium, it is built into the corners, and structure of the frames. Idea being to increase the strength of the areas which are likely to come apart with prolonged use.

All of the frames are 5x more durable than anything currently on the market, made of the highest quality materials, are designed to be a like for like swap with your current frames; meaning you won’t have to change your top or bottom trays, or if an older sifter set up; we can have bespoke frame sets made.

The benefits of the new frames as well as the increased durability are:

• The frames base plates are secured with glue, and then reinforced with screws
• Are grooved to secure the internal sections more tightly
• Developed to increase air flow, to make the sifter more efficient
• Priced to be more economical than our main rivals
